Currently – and for the past three years – Robin has been the host of the weekly radio program, “Take Time for Yourself,” a show dedicated to in-depth discussion of health issues important to people today.

AerobiTots was created when Robin saw a need for early childhood fitness classes after she and her husband adopted their daughter. With little available in the form of preschool movement programs and inadequacies in those that did exist, she decided to do something to help children start developing healthy lifestyles from the start. AerobiTots at the Lighthouse is a result of that effort and is now serving children throughout the Oklahoma City area.
